A Curvy Diva
It seems that after not having had a post since September 2009, A Curvy Diva has ceased to exist - I've offered my assistance as I'd really like to get into reading and writing on the topic of "plus sized" fashion/shopping/life.
There will always be furore in the media, the magazines and the television cant get enough of us.
As Tyra is asked to explain herself for loosing weight after her "kiss my fat ass" campaign (and no doubt after the so what campaign too). We'll constantly be required to justify why we're so happy with ourselves.
Yo...its cz I can eat cake, work out and not feel bad about myself...

"In fact curvier women can look even better"
I hope they never work again
Its pretty funny... It was london fashion week last week and I was just waiting for such breaking news.
Mark Fast (canadian), famous for his figure hugging mini dresses opted to cast 2 "plus size" (size 12 and 14) models for his catwalk at the fashion show.
I'm not sure if he was the only one to do it- but riot broke out and he lost 2 members of his team over his inclusive and diversifying decision.
I do hope that the fashion industry follows in his foot steps and not only casts more naturally shaped and sized women, but continues the show without the inclusion of those who are pro discrimination.
Its unlikely that they will be forced to work as dustbin men.
But imagine they feel its fine to walk out over using plus models.
It'd almost be a crime to even look back in the direction of the industry having done that, if they walked out over the use of a gay director, an indian producer, a short stylist or a man in ladies fashion!!
